Where is the camp held?

The camp will be held at the Faculty of Computer Science, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași (UAIC), in the Copou area of Iași — a green, leafy part of the city dotted with parks and university buildings. UAIC is the oldest university in Romania and home to the country's oldest Computer Science faculty. You can see the exact faculty location on Google Maps.

How to get there?

• By plane: Iași has an international airport, Iași International Airport (IAS), with connections to several European hubs. Iași is in the north-east of Romania and is one of the country's largest cities. From the airport, the Copou campus is a short taxi or ride-share trip.
• By train or coach: Iași is connected by rail and coach to Bucharest and other Romanian cities. The central railway station is a few kilometres from the campus.

Several hotels and hostels are within about 1 km of the faculty, in the Copou area:

• Hostel Andrei

Many more options are available a little further out.

Food

Please note that food (other than coffee breaks) and accommodation are not included in the participation fee.

We will provide snacks near the contest area during contest days. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the Copou area and the nearby city centre.

How to register for the camp?

Register using the registration form (pick "Iași — onsite" in it). Applications for onsite participation are processed on a first-come-first-served basis, so please register early. If you require a visa, register as soon as possible and let us know — see the contact page if you have any questions.
