Who we are

The Osijek Competitive Programming Camp (OCPC) at ocpc.camp is operated by OCPC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States:

Services and pricing

OCPC organizes training camps for competitive programmers: a series of ICPC-style contests (5 hours, 9–12 problems each) with analysis sessions, held onsite at the venues listed on the season page and online. Participation is sold per team of up to three people. The regular participation fee is 198€ per team, with an early-bird fee of 147€, a hardship fee of 48€ on request, and free participation for teams affected by the war in Ukraine — see Participation fee for the full, up-to-date fee schedule, discounts and deadlines.

Registration and payment

Teams register through the registration form; submitting the form constitutes a formal registration request. By registering you agree to these terms. After we confirm your registration, we send your team an invoice issued by OCPC LLC via Wise, payable by card or bank transfer. Fees are charged in euros (EUR) and are due by the date stated on the invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation by you: if your team cancels its participation before the first contest day of its camp edition, we refund the participation fee in full. No refunds are given after the camp starts.
• Cancellation by us: if we cancel a camp edition, or your team cannot attend because we materially changed its dates or venue, we refund the participation fee in full.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed.
• To cancel or request a refund, email oleksandr@ocpc.camp from a contact address given at registration.
