Visiting Osijek

Location

The camp will be held at the School of Applied Mathematics and Informatics (Mathos), J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek, Trg Ljudevita Gaja 6, 31000 Osijek, Croatia.

Getting there

Osijek can be reached by rail, intercity bus or air. Check your travel dates with the operators before booking; timetables and flight routes change. For local travel, see GPP Osijek’s bus timetables.

Accommodation

Teams arrange and pay for their own accommodation. Hotels, hostels and apartments in central Osijek are convenient for the venue at Gajev trg. Check the walking distance to Mathos before booking.

Food

Regular meals are at your own expense. Options used by previous participants include Restoran Istarska and Restoran Campus. Check current opening hours, menus and visitor prices with the Student Centre, especially for weekends.

There are also restaurants and cafés in the city centre. Tell us about dietary or accessibility needs in the registration form.
